Group re-lamping  programs with follow-up and scheduled routine property inspections provide the most cost effective maintenance solution. Group re-lamping is much less expensive than on spot re-lamping on an as needed basis, less disruptive to the business operations, provides bulk purchase opportunities, and maintains maximum lighting quality at all times. A follow-up outage inspection should be done 1 year after the re-lamp and every six months thereafter until the next scheduled re-lamp.
